This policy describes information processed when you use MP3Juice.

Search and downloads

Search terms and submitted links are sent to the services needed to retrieve results or prepare files. Download jobs store their status, source link and file information. Guest jobs use a browser identifier so another visitor cannot read your jobs.

Optional accounts

If you sign in using Google or Microsoft, we receive the account information needed to authenticate you, such as your name, email address and profile image. We use session cookies to keep you signed in and associate your downloads with your account.

External players

Choosing Play loads an embedded YouTube or SoundCloud player. The provider receives information such as your IP address and applies its own privacy policy. Players are not loaded until you request playback.

Messages and verification

Contact messages include the name, email and message you submit. These details are used to handle your request. Anti-abuse verification may be provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Cookies, storage and measurement

We use cookies or browser storage for authentication, job ownership and download recovery. If site measurement is configured, visits and tool usage may also be processed by the configured analytics service. Your browser controls let you clear cookies and storage.

Use our contact page to ask about information associated with your account or to request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
