Using the tool
How to Download Music in Your Browser
Start with a recording you own or have permission to download. MP3Juice can search YouTube and SoundCloud or look up an individual recording from its link. You do not need to install an app or create an account to request one download.
Read guideWhere to Find Your Downloaded Music
Your browser and device choose where a downloaded MP3 or MP4 is saved. MP3Juice prepares a file, but the final Download button starts a separate browser transfer. Check that transfer first if you cannot find the recording.

A failed search, a preparation error and a browser transfer problem need different fixes. Start with the message next to the search field or recording. The steps below help you narrow down the problem without repeatedly requesting the same unavailable file.
